Origin
Country of origin: Romania or Ukraine, as stated in the offer and shipping documents.
Shipment availability and loading port are confirmed for each transaction.
Quality Assurance
Each shipment is supplied against agreed feed wheat specifications.
The contract may define moisture, test weight, foreign matter, damaged or broken kernels, and other relevant feed-grade parameters.
Sampling, weighing, and independent inspection can be arranged as agreed by the parties.
Packing and Shipment Format
* Bulk loose cargo by vessel for medium and large shipments
* Containerized shipments, subject to route and equipment availability
* Any bagging or special handling requirements to be agreed in the quotation
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity is determined by shipment mode, destination, and current supply availability. Regular supply contracts and larger shipment programs can be discussed.
Shipment and Logistics
We coordinate export loading and delivery to international ports. Quotations may be offered on FOB or CIF terms, subject to the named port, cargo size, and applicable Incoterms agreed in the contract. Shipment schedules are confirmed at the time of sale.

* Commercial Invoice and Packing List or weight statement, as applicable
* Bill of Lading
* Certificate of Origin
* Phytosanitary Certificate, where required
* Certificate of Quality and Certificate of Weight
* Independent inspection certificate, if agreed
Additional documentation is subject to destination-country import requirements and contractual agreement.
Payment Terms
* 100% confirmed, irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight
* 100% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T)
* 30% advance payment upon contract signing and 70% against copies of the Bill of Lading or other agreed shipping documents
The selected payment method and document set are specified in the final sales contract.
