Rapeseed is processed into oil and meal. Canola-quality or double-zero rapeseed is a specific grade; suitability for edible canola oil and feed meal is confirmed by the variety and agreed quality tests. Final specifications, crop year, and availability are confirmed in each offer and contract.

Origin
Country of origin: Romania, Moldova, or Ukraine, as stated in the offer and shipping documents.
Shipment availability and loading port are confirmed for each transaction.
Quality Assurance
Each shipment is supplied against agreed rapeseed specifications.
The contract may define oil content, moisture, foreign matter, damaged seeds, and, for canola-quality lots, erucic acid and glucosinolate limits.
Sampling, weighing, and independent inspection can be arranged as agreed by the parties.
Packing and Shipment Format
* Bulk loose cargo by vessel for medium and large shipments
* Containerized shipments, subject to route and equipment availability
* Bagging, bulk container loading, or special handling to be agreed in the quotation
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity is determined by shipment mode, destination, and current supply availability. Regular supply contracts and larger shipment programs can be discussed.
Shipment and Logistics
We coordinate export loading and delivery to international ports. Quotations may be offered on FOB or CIF terms, subject to the named port, cargo size, and applicable Incoterms agreed in the contract. Shipment schedules are confirmed at the time of sale.

Additional documentation is subject to destination-country import requirements and contractual agreement.
Payment Terms
* 100% confirmed, irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight
* 100% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T)
* 30% advance payment upon contract signing and 70% against copies of the Bill of Lading or other agreed shipping documents
The selected payment method and document set are specified in the final sales contract.
