Our brown sugars are produced by combining cane granulated white sugar with molasses, creating a robust to mild cane molasses flavour. They vary in depth of colour:

• Dark Brown Sugar

Storage and Handling


It is recommended that brown sugar is stored indoor-free environment at 10 – 32 °C (50 – 90°F) and more than 60% relative humidity. The brown sugar should remain good quality for over one year if stored as recommended.
