Our Granulated Sugar is an ideal all-purpose cane sugar made from the finest quality raw cane sugar grown. It is white in colour and has a sucrose content of 99.9%.
We also market a Baker’s Special Granulated Sugar, which is even more finely granulated.

Storage and Handling
It is recommended that Extra Fine Granulated Sugar is stored indoor-free environment at 4.5 – 37.5 °C (40 – 100 °F) and less than 60% relative humidity. It may be stored indefinitely if properly handled.
